In my own words...

Im really young (18) and I am very interested into getting more into real estate investing. I had somebody who tutored me on it, but i stopped and never started again. Now I am back and ready to learn and help others a long the way. I don't know much yet, but i soon will.

My new goal is to start with wholesaling and learn a lot of things while i'm doing it, then moving onto bigger and better things as I have more capital.

UPDATE** april 11, 2009

I am now getting my RE salesperson license in california. Finishing the requirements for it around June, and also taking the test then.. Wish me luck.

I'll be planning on selling residential homes first, and at the same time i'll be researching what type of market i would specialize in, whether its a local market, to if i want to help investors/myself to find nice properties.

I am now older (19), and i am open to anybody wishing to contact me and to connect.
