New to Real Estate Investing, married since 1991, wife: Gwenda. One son, Andre, aged 22. DC Fire and EMS from 1973-2005 (31 years), mortgage originator 2006 - 2009. Past member of MAMB. New member of MAREIA (Mid Atlantic REIA), and BiggerPickets. com. With a new LLC , and business account, in place, my plan is to wholesale properties, short term, around Wash. DC, and, Baltimore area, then, rehab/ hold properties long term both locally/nationally.

Real Estate Goals

To find a mentor, learn to find, structure, and close, property deals, wholesale, rehab, buy and hold (with a Caribbean, and/ or Costa Rican, rental) properties, and try to mentor others, as I go. It's my dream to start a RE properties/ investment company that does deals nationwide. This nation really needs it's people working again.

Currently Seeking

1. Creating lists: property and investor lists 2. Looking for real estate forms/ contracts 3. Looking at available HML and Private ML 4..Looking for properties in the Wash., DC area, to purchase for wholesaling. 5. Properties in Atlanta, Ga., Charlotte, NC, and possibly Philadelphia, Pa. I'd like to purchase for wholesaling, or holding. 6. Plan in near future to invest in notes/ tax lien certificates. 7. I'm also seeking an investor/mentor, that I may be able to work with.
