Hello All,
Good afternoon everyone!I'm excited to join this website and be among like minded individuals.I am 22 yrs and have been learning the various aspects surrounding investing for the past 6yr.I am currently a general contractor and I also have a knowledge of finance & credit. I am looking to get started with my first property transaction with in the next 30 days...I decided to stop analyzing and get started.I have a very sharp mind and pick up concepts quickly.I attended college briefly at University of Maryland College Park.I am from the DC metro area and know the area very well.Please give any suggestions and guidence that newbie's may need.Best wishes to everyone!
