I have been in real estate investing for 3 years. I volunteer at an animal rescue 1 a week because I love dogs. I have a Pomeranian myself and his name is Bear. I love to play golf with my husband, but I especially love riding motorcycles. I have one of my own which is a Ridley. It is an American made completely automatic motorcycle.

I am currently involved in a private lending team that provides cash for short sale puchase and also am an asset finder with banks for purchase from out investor.

Dave, if you visit my website www.wegotthecash.com and take the tour at the bottom of the page you will see what our team has to offer. We have many different programs for investors. For short sales we offer no credit checks, no using your own money and the cost is the lowest out there of 1% of purchase price plus $300. You do have to join our team to have access to these funds though.
