I have been a real estate investor for the last 11 years, both wholesaling and retailing properties, concentrating mostly on single family homes. After a few years I started holding properties longterm until the bubble bursted. Ouch! So right now I'm dipping my feet into the waters once more. I want to start by wholesaling some properties to build some capital. From there I will expand into other areas.
