My experience has been in the bulk REO arena . We buy direct packages from the bank (no middlemen ).
Most of the packages are 300 – 500 units. They are nationwide.
Our success has been selling to smaller investors , that want to buy a few houses in a certain area .
We are also having success in selling smaller packages of like 50 units.

My goal is to build a reputation in the industry , as a trustworthy facilitator of very profitable deals big and small .
