Started out bird dogging and note brokering in 1998.Note brokering evolved to loan originating with some mortgage companies locally. Loan originating evolved from res./ comm to high end project financing and various other facets of project and real estate financing.Such as VOD, POF, MT799 ETC..HARD Money, mezzanine, debt/equity , etc.. I have help many people to acheive their real estate goals as a loan consultant. I have had many failures and lessons learned but i know a whole lot more and have a lot more to offer my clients.I have relationships with quite a few sources that are otherwise unknown to most. So i keep a level of integrity in all of my transactions.
