I'm taking classes on business as well as one on real estate investing.
My strategies are buy and hold and fix and flip. I'm working on getting a team built. I have aggresive goals and back them. I feel there's no such thing as failure, only learning curves, therefore I can't go wrong and will accomplish my goals. I have one rental.
