I currently have two properties, both are 2 families. I had a 4 family but I sold that a couple of years ago. I formed and LLC early last year and am working to establish a good credit score in it so that I can invest in more properties. My main focus is to buy and hold, however I am open to what ever I might come across, meaning, flips, rehabs, pre-foreclosures. Unfortunately I work full time and do this part time. I am looking forward to the day when I can go full time.
