I am California raised expat living in Belize off and on for 7 years now, I have been here for the the last three years living in the guesthouse I purchased. This was/is my first real estate purchase and I am looking to sell or find a partner if I hold.
I have done many things in my 45 years here on earth. I have a degree in psychology with a minor in music from Humboldt State University, I'm a massage theripist, whitewater river guide,arborist/landscaping, started a tree company in east bay , calif. from the ground up that I ran for 7 years and did very well and now I have the guesthouse here in Belize. My current interest is to sell the guesthouse and invest in other properties in Belize or?
I am itching to do some sort of bike tour! Maybe Belize down through S. America and I have an interest in learning kite surfing. I have three children with there mom in S.F. bay area that I would like to visit as well. There you have it! A bit about me. Mitch

Experience

Bought a Business/guesthouse in Belize.
So I am learning the ropes when it comes to finding the right buyer,or a reasonable loan to stick it out myself (long term investment , being min.5years I believe this land will do very well just as a lot.

so, all that being said we can talk about all the facts as to what is going on here in belize City at the mouth of the Belize river where my piece of land/ house and business are located.
Tthis 10 bedroom old coloinal 2 story mohogany Guesthouse recieving backpackers for over 15 years. The house sits on the second lot. There are a number of ways this piece can be delt with, just looking to find the right investor who understands the market in Belize. I have good information as well..

Real Estate Goals

First I would like to sell the Guesthouse or get a partner then I will consider what is next. Maybe sell RE in Belize, I am getting a handle on the market here as a property owner and living here for the last three years and watching whats going on.
