Experience

Have rehabbed 5 houses and am experience in staging techniques. Did not do much in 2009 due to inventory shortage and other investors outbidding us on properties. Thank is ok though because the formula we have used hasn't let us down and it is not worth the risk to pay more to fix and flip a house in the Denver area right now.

Real Estate Goals

2010 will be interesting as I am pregnant with our 2nd child. I am continuing to look for properties to rehab and love to help others with staging ideas.
