Really fired up about a program that eliminates the mortgage(s) from properties we acquire. The process takes about 7-8 months total, and we have just found out that we are also able to get clear title once the mortgages are removed. How valuable do you think THAT can be?
Obviously, my goal is to own as many properties free and clear as possible, and provide affordable housing for those less fortunate than me.
