I have been a real estate investor for 15 years. We primarily have a pre-foreclosure and a retail purchase/ quick sale business utilizing sveral strategies. We also have a bank credit line and would welcome the opportunity to partner with the right person.

We have purchased and rehabbed 800+ properties and maintain a full time staff. We have many owned buildings and also manage properties for others. Recently we have become involved with a less risky version of the buy and hold real estate strategy. It involves a real estate agent and letting her client locate a home that we buy for them and then resell to them.

I love this business and have the constant need to learn. I am not much of a poster but this site is what I have been looking for.
