I've been working with homeowners in foreclosure for several years, assisting them in staying in their homes, however in my numerous searches for research, I come across many equitable properties that are REO. Would like to create a network of investors.

I have been wokring in the foreclosure field for over 2 years now, working with homeowners to avoid foreclosure when possible, or utilizing short sales when all else fails. I work with several databases and accrue numerous equitable real estate opportunities in the NOD, NTS or REO stage of foreclosure.
