I began investing in Real Estatae in 2001. I had ups and downs with the market. I am an experienced rehabber, I have been a liscensed contractor in Indianapolis as well as a lisenced real estate agent. I was working for the largest Construction and engineering company in the US as a Construction Database Administrator when I was laid off 20 months ago ( I was working on a $3billion Nuclear Project at the time). I decided to go full time back into real estate and have just completed a rehab which I put on the market during the rehab and got an offer within 2 weeks of completion. I worked in construction for over 20 years and am versed in all aspects from residential to commercial.
