Kevin Young brings wide range of experience in asset acquisition, dispositions, development, loan management, note acquisition, administration, sales of both performing and non performing notes, foreclosures, land development, entitlements, sales and marketing as well as property management for both commercial and residential properties.

Experience

Kevin has acquired and overseen the management of over 2500 doors of a multi-family development along with overseeing the day to day management of many mixed use master planned development projects. In addition, Kevin has managed assets of over $300 million in income producing office and retail real estate in 13 states.

Kevin has raised millions in venture capital for acquiring toxic assets from financial institutions and the FDIC, and has structured and created joint ventures for viable real estate investments.

Prior to founding ALKOA Management Services, he was an Acquisitions Director for Kingston Management Services and Asset Management Services Enterprises (AMSE), which specializes in the acquisition of notes backed by commercial property, raw land developments, late-stage entitlements and other real property. Kingston Management Services and AMSE took down $1.5 billion in real estate assets acquired from the FDIC.

Before his real estate career, he worked for GE Capital Financial in Project Management and Client Relations. Kevin is a General Electric Certified Six Sigma Quality Blackbelt and played a critical role within the Six Sigma process improvement functions, contract negotiations, and third party vendor management.
