Moved to the USA 25 years ago from Ireland , currently awaiting the end of a divorce and hopefully pick up the pieces . I am looking at the upstate New York market from Albany across to Rochester and south to Binghampton.

I have bought fixed and sold several properties, I am a skilled painter,spackler and also useful at carpentry.
Real Estate Goals
I want to buy my first property a two family for cash , it should be a handyman , my plan then is to fix it up get a tenant and go to the bank and borrow to get my next one.
