I was born and raised in KY. I purchased a condo in an up and coming area in Campbell County. When I began traveling the country for my day job I turned the condo into an investment property.

I traveled to various cities from the East Coast to the West Coast and should have purchased more property along the way, but I didn't. I regret not purchasing more property.

After being diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia in August of 2006. I decided I needed to get busy living life the way I wanted.

My wife and I agreed that now was a good time to start investing in real estate. So here we are in the middle of our first purchase together. And loving every minute of it.

Experience

I turned my KY condo into a investment property in April of 2000.

My wife and I bought a foreclosed property in Feb. 2008. It is a 2-story 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath 1626 square foot property built in 2005 and located in North Las Vegas. We paid a little more than $170K for the property while it appraised for $215K.


Real Estate Goals

To become a self sufficent rehabber and investor providing quality housing to the citizens of Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ; and Florence, KY.

To also become a provider of quality HUD housing.
