I run two real estate investing companies. I use several different investing strategies and one of my companies focuses solely on negotiating short sales. My companies are very homeowner focused and we do a lot of "pro bono" work such as extending foreclosures and offering advice and help for free even if we dont want to purchase the house or the loan situation is difficult. People can use all the help they can get these days and I am happy to help in any way that I can.
