Hello. My name is Jimmy Rose. I am the Director of Sales & Marketing for iRealtyManager. We are responsible for operating a web-based property management software system. Our company is a part of a group of software companies referred to as Software as a Service (SaaS) which is the fastest growing segment of the software industry. iRealtyManager is about providing a solution on demand. When you need it you can receive it, but that also means you can consume the product as you go.
