I have developed commercial properties in salem but not residential. I am now interested in buy and flipping homes since it is a broader customer base and since I have over 30 yrs of construction experience.

To be able to do at least one deal in 2009 and three in 2010.

Anyone that can or is willing to help me get started. I learn very fast and like I said have a background in const. and comm develpoment, so real estate isn't completely new to me, I just believe in asking for help if I need it....
