been trying to break into real estate investing for last year or two without any luck. Tried the commercial route with class C multifamily but the brokers and greedy owners made it too difficult to work.
Also tried short sales for a few months but was disenchanted by the marketing process to the distressed homeowners. But recently I stumbled across the method of inlisting real estate agents and this really interest me and seems to have merit.
So I am looking for one or two mentors more or less to point me in the right direction to actually make my first shortsale success..

First to take advantage of the shortsale situation at hand and get a system churning out deals in order to raise substantial investing capital.
I'd also eventually like to have a set established cashflow income from real estate property, more from the commercial end.
So I am looking for one or two mentors more or less to point me in the right direction to actually make my first shortsale success..
As well as mentors for getting into commercial property with private money.
