We are a fun, loving, young, entrpreneurial - minded couple who’s primary focus is in helping others achieve success and their financial goals.
Our company is a business venture developed by two individuals for the sole purpose of Real Estate Investing/Wholesaling with an emphasis on the rehabilitation of Single Family Homes. This would help our targeted communities grow while allowing us to earn attractive returns doing so. This business plan lays out a simply strategy for developing a long-term real estate investment company by leveraging our initial investments and turning them around for huge profits.
Our business model is to market the company to obtain a consistent stream of lenders/motivated sellers that are willing to accept discounted wholesale prices for their property. We would perform the necessary renovations to the property utilizing one of our licensed professional real estate contactors, and the property would then be resold for a profit to the retail market. We also add value to the “buy and hold†investor by providing them with a safe and fully restored property to rent for cash-flow. We have several different exit strategies that can be executed depending on the situation & target market.
We are initially targeting the “bread and butter†working class neighborhoods of but are not limited to: San Francisco, Daly City, San Mateo, Redwood City, and certain parts of San Jose. These properties are generally more “in demand†which allows us to move our inventory quickly and eliminates any unnecessary “holding costsâ€.
Targeting acquisition: California Single Family Properties valued at 40% -65% CMV (of current market value).
Targeting acquisition: Specializing in locating distressed properties ranging from bank owned and government foreclosures to for sale by owners. Our target acquisitions range from Single Family Homes, Condos, Town homes, Rentals and income producing “cash flow†properties.
Target Clients: Buy & Hold cash-flow investors, rehabbers/contractors, the retail market, & first time home buyers. We currently hold an extensive buyer’s list which includes a vast network of Real Estate Investors, Agents, Associates, and past clients whom would assist our marketing team with locating a buyer for each of our projects. We generally have a buyer in place prior to the acquisition of the property.
Objective: To establish a long term relationship with private investors to fund current and future Real Estate Wholesale & Rehab projects.

Christy and I have always been a part of Real Estate. We started off in the mortgage world back in 97 and have since than worked our way up to full time Real Estate investors.
After years in corporate america, it was time for a change. We've since then, have wholesaled properties, sold bulk REO packages, and are currently working the fix and flip industry which we feel is our main emphasis.
To one day have a full scale self operating "fix and flip" business and own 100+ cash flowing properties!!..
