II am a writer, copywriter, blogger, web designer, creative consultant and all round nice guy. Actually am here doing research for a blog I'm developing for one of my clients, a real estate broker. Real estate investing has always intrigued me, so this is a perfect opportunity to learn explore, experiment, etc. I hope to make a valuable contribution to the community, and undoubtedly experience the benefits of such a viable, sustainable group of professionals.

Experience

Done a lot of research for projects I've worked on for various Brokers, but no hands-on investment experiences as yet.

Real Estate Goals

To build a sustainable portfolio through foreclosure intervention and flipping rehab properties.

Currently Seeking

Bird dog opportunities and advice on the viability of a "short sale flip" strategy whereby the investor flips the property in a simultaneous closing. I've looked at both sides of this argument, and am still undecided as to all the ethical and legal implications.

Right now, though, i just need to get my feet in the water to test the temperature, and seek out good training and advice.
