I retired from Illinois State University after 38 years of teaching to pursue something I have always wanted to do. My wife was in the Real Estate business buying and rehabbed houses and duplexes. We then went in business together and over the past 5 years we have bought and rehabbed houses in Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas and now in Southern (8 miles from the Gulf near Orange Beach) Alabama.
This year we decided that we wanted to take our Real Estate to another level. To one of using our past experiences and our brains rather than muscle. We are in the process of developing wholesaling of single family homes as well as Multifamily Apartments investment business. For more information you can go to our web page.

Five years full time and off and on for 30 years

Real Estate Goals

To accumulate enough monthly income to provide support for 11 Grand kids to attend Post Educational Institutes if they so desire.
We figure this means about $5000. month of additional income for about 12 years

Currently Seeking

Investors who will partner with us on two levels. One where we do all the work of finding wholesale single family houses in Low to Middle income working families communities. The investor buys houses from us at no less than 70% below ARV.
Secondly where we find Multifamily Apartment complexes (6 to 75 units) in emerging markets that offer a minium ROI of 8 to 10% to investors plus appreciation, cash flow,and tax advantages. We will locate, do Due Diligence, the deal, and over see management until we sell at a profitable time (usually between 2 and 5 years).
