Hello All!! I am a flooring installer striving for real estate investing. My goals are to start out with a couple of REO flips with my father and brothers. We have already bought two and remodeled them almost completely while living in them. Then I discovered this site and have not been able to stay away. This site that Josh has created and everyone who contributes here is great.

Experience

Not a whole lot. I can do great things to a floor as an installer so that helps me as a Rehabber. Have also done bath remodels and many other carpentry skills.

Real Estate Goals

Grow independent financially, and provide a better life for my family. I am going to start out slowly but I have big dreams that I will lay you to myself over the next few weeks for my investment stratagies. I know REO or wholesaling will be first for me and hopefully that develops into short sales as well.

Currently Seeking

As much information that a newbie can get in the flipping niche of real estate investing. I find so much information here that it almost overwhelming. I don't even know where to start. Any help to put my two feet in motion would be greatly appreciated.
