Objective: An opportunity utilizing the skills of a Property Manager / Real Estate Professional, with a highly proven track record of positively impacting an organization and increasing profitability.
Qualifications As a life time member of the sales profession I have learned from the old school pros’ and further enhanced these skills to accommodate the changes in the industry that have occurred since the advent of the internet age. I have studied personality traits and physical signals that are apparent in everybody so that I may better communicate with co-workers and prospects. I applied these skills in negotiating Real Estate Contracts and have extensive knowledge of Real Estate Law.
Experience Partner / V.P. Real Estate – 2006 - Present Fusion Point Outdoor / Top Bill Outdoor
Performed advertising market analysis in several major markets, including Atlanta, Baltimore, D.C. and Las Vegas. This study indicated that Chicago had the best potential for establishing a new company where we organized a billboard plant and sold off assets to another operator. Currently originate and acquire leases and structures with the objective of building high value major metro digital signs. Currently own several signs in Chicago Market that are in the process of getting permits and advertising leases. We also manage signs for smaller companies to form larger groups of signs and attract national advertisers. Currently have several projects in the pipeline for new Billboard locations.
Consultant – 2001-2006
Worked in the Billboard industry as a consultant to REITs and smaller property owners evaluating the potential for the development of billboard sites on their properties. Also managed the permitting and construction of new billboards. Successfully challenged municipalities’ ordinances and erected 15 signs in 3 suburbs in Atlanta, GA.
Owner – 1991 - 2006 Five Star Contracting
Successfully sold and managed mid-sized construction projects including an eight unit burned out apartment building and the renovation of an 81 unit complex. The largest property group that I worked with sold their interests in the Atlanta area to invest in other opportunities. Later concentration in acquiring properties with Billboard leases and underperforming commercial rental properties. Fire / Storm damaged properties with no revenue were acquired and renovated to produce income and then sold on a cap rate appraisal to potential investors. Five Star Contracting is a grandfathered General Contracting company in Georgia. Also involved with the acquisition (or development) and management of trailer parks. Successfully developed and sold over 200 Modular Home sites and profitable managed parks as large as 80 units. Have previously been licensed to sell Real Estate in Georgia as well as certification from the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Successfully bought and sold many homes, which I lived in during renovations.
Education Society of Real Estate Appraisers / Georgia Real Estate License 1989-1990
Georgia State University 1991-1995
Major: Computer Science
Minor: Mathematics / Physics
Interests My great passion is the pursuit of adventure travel including wilderness hiking, white water canoeing, mountain climbing, down hill mountain biking and alpine (extreme / back country) skiing.

To build a network of investors to redevelop industrial tracts into Clean Indusrty sites and Develop an Eco Friendly Manufacturing Association. This will be done through both for and non- profit entities. Also currently active in the Billboard industry and always hunting locations Nationwide that I can build new signs on. Focus on distressed commercial and industrial sites that have no tenants, are high vacency or storm / fire damaged. Many commercial sites can have signs built on them and the sale of the sign will greatly reduce the basis of the acquisition cost and the rent from the pole will help to fund the ammortization.
Investors who are able to fund projects up to $1M with a focus on smaller projects to build a protfoilo of commercial / industrial properties. This is a long term investment where these properties will ultimately flip to new management companies once the higher P&L has been established.
