We are back in the game again. We raised our rent in our lower rent area condo and are advertising it as Section 8. We are renting out our higher end condo at a decent rate for the area and purchasing a home at an undervalued rate with a VA. This will finally flip us from being in the red to being in the black! Yea!! Now we are looking for undervalued single family homes or multiplexes with good cash flow.

We have one rental property, a townhouse.

We need more practice with the business ending. Finding and buying properties that have better cashflow.
