Im a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Exit Realty Premier. I service all of Nassau and Suffolk County. I do all aspects of real estate, residential, commercial, rentals, and investment properties. I specialize in foreclosures and short sales. I also have an extensive backround in property management, as well as property preservation. Ive managed single and multi family homes from 1-8 units. And 1-3 unit commercial properties. I also am a real estate investor and "flipper". I love what I do, and Im very passionate about my work! I also own a consulting firm that deals with hard money lending wholesaling and home retention. I consult through a 3rd party for many major banks in America

Experience

From the years 2006-2008 I strictly was a Flipper I would buy and sell real estate and in the 2 years completed 10 homes part time. During that time I also would "flip" contracts. I would put the home in contract and sell the contract to an investor, during that time i also completed all my own short sales. I also was a project manager and property manager during that time. I would manage other investors flips. From 2008 to the present I decided to become a real estate agent. I do all aspects of real estate but specialize in short sales and foreclosures.
