My name is Jason, and I am very new to the Real Estate world, but looking to get my feet wet.

I am interested in learning the business, so I plan to do that buy locating discount properties for someone who would agree to work with me. I then plan on Wholesaling, once I graduate from locating properties, and then maybe Rehabbing, and Flipping. I am also looking for a mentor who can show me the ropes, and the in's and outs of this business.

I am also looking for private money or cash partners to join me on 1 to 3 projects requiring between $30-50K apiece. Half of which to be held in Point Of Sale Escrow, the other half for rehab costs. Project duration to be between 3-6 months. After Repair Values are between $60-80K. We will contribute purchase price for HUD or REO properties.

I will perform all duties to include assessment, purchase, rehabilitation, marketing, negotiations, and sale. You provide cash or credit for POS Bond and Rehab Costs. Oppurtunites abound and I would like to develop a long term lucrative relationship with the right person.
