I am looking for great deals out there to fill all my buyers portfolios.

I am married with one daughter and a newborn on the way in late May 2011.

I was in the mortgage industry for about 3 years.

I am new to the real estate investing world, but very eager to get out there and do some deals!!!

To wholesale 20 deals over the next year. Ultimately I want to purchase properties to hold and rent. I also want to eventually do some flips as well.
