I have acquired over 35 properties in 5 states. This included single family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes and fourplexes. I have done several 1031 exchanges and I am now shifting my focus on commercial multifamily properties.

Real Estate Goals

Looking to sell an apartment complex. I may be deploying this next year to Afghanistan with the Army National Guard on a 1 year deployment. It will be difficult to manage my property if I am forced to deploy with the unit.
