In my own words...

I invest in Mobile Home Parks nationwide. I also speak at the mobile home park investing boot camps put on by Dave Reynolds and Frank Rolfe. I have done hundreds of 'lonnie deals', and keep a active mobile home finance portfolio in the Denver market. I no longer actively invest in mobile homes unless they are infilling my own parks. I am a past administrator on the Magic Bullets web site and have posted extensively there on doing mobile home deals. I am a current administrator on two forums associated with mobile home park investing, a public forum located at mobilehomeparkforum dot com, and then a private forum for boot camp attendees through MobileHomeParkStore dot com.

Real Estate Experience

I have been investing in real estate for many years now. I have bought and flipped residential real estate, including having full time crews that worked on the homes. I own a finance company that lends on mobile homes (lonnie deals) and have completed hundreds of these transactions. I still employ a crew 3/4 time to manage this company. I own several single family rentals and also multi family units. I also own several mobile home parks nationwide. I speak at mobile home park investing boot camp for The Mobile Home Park Store (Dave Reynolds & Frank Rolfe), and also spoke at the Mobile Home Park Investors Summit in California held in 2009. I am in the process of creating a mobile home park off site operations boot camp in conjunction with Dave Reynolds and The Mobile Home Park Store.
