I am husband and father of 2 boys. Family comes first in my life, as they mean everything to me.

But I am always happy when I get to meet new people often.

I am an Ex-Mortgage Broker, but I am now focused on wholesaling discounted properties to other investors.

I may get into rehabbing in the future, when the opportunity makes sense.

I have done some rehab to retail (in 2006 when it was way easier). I have flipped a few wholesale properties as well (more recently).

My goal is to wholesale 10-15 properties a month.

Perhaps 3-6 months of that level of activity would get me back into rehabbing.

Wholesalers, Rehabbers, Landlords, Attorneys, Investors, and just anyone who shares my interests really.
