My Son and I have been in the investment game for over 15 years. We do fix and flips in Denver, Arizona and San Diego. Work lease options, wholesale all over. WE have 4 lease options ourselves, 2 duplexes & 4 sfr's we rent all in Denver. Also 4 out of state Sfr's we rent. We've established a Family C Corporation which we run our RE managment, consulting business located in Denver, CO. My Son Johnnie is Pres and works the business full time. Iam also a Licensed General Contractor in San Diego, which I do rehabs and remodels.
