I wanted to invest in real estate for a very long time but could never muster up the courage. I am pushing it now because you can't succeed unless you try. I believe the best time to invest is in a down market which we are in now. I hope to use this website for guidance and help to move forward with my pursuit.

Most of my experience is on cost of repairs and working with different trades.

Held RE License for a short time. Was always afraid of not making the right decision, Hopefully, I can pull the trigger this time.

I want real estate to become a major player in my life. Would like to have enough passive income to eventually retire and enjoy life.

Learning the difference of a deal and what may look like a deal. How to obtain financing for the deal when you find it with no out of pocket expense.
