Currently getting out of doing mortgages after 8 years (though I continue to take on files) - seems as though i am coming across foreclosures everyday - I would like to begin doing short sales / wholesales. I have my finger on many properties that I feel can evolve immediately - just need some good reliable investors interested in NW Michigan - we are just off from Lake Michigan
