Experience

After 7 years as RE appraiser, I decided to help other investors find the deals that were available from short sales and foreclosures. I work in northern California and have nationwide contacts with properties available. I am also branching into investors looking to lease option and have strong tenant buyers available. We are about helping all make money and not being greedy. Our motto is we are needy not greedy. Work with us, we have many many houses available both for portfolio, some rehab, and lots of lease option.

We want to help our buyers make money and in the process make money ourselves. We earn by volume so we can give our investor buyers the best deals. We are in a very active market with more buyers than sellers but have the sources for our buyers. We work to provide a benefit to our buyers. We do not rehab so if you need rehab we have good contractors who can help you and will provide oversight for you for houses in the CA San Francisco Bay area.
