I'm primarily a buy and hold investor. I buy close to turn-key, rent out, and hold for the long haul.
I have recently started partnering up with someone to fix and flip, in addition to my long term holds.
Own a condo and 4 SFRs. Currently also own two more SFRs for fix & flip purposes.
Expand my portfolio of rentals by 3-4 units/year for the next few years.
