In my own words...

I am a Realtor/investor in the Dallas area.
I have been a Licensed Realtor for about two years now but have been a landlord/rehabber/flipper since 1997.
I owned and ran a successful A/C and Heating corporation for about 9 years and although I don't run that business actively anymore I retain my license for obvious reasons. My wife and I have multiple homes at 100% prime occupancy and although that is getting us ahead it is not going to meet our short and long term goals in the timeframe we would like. Therefore we are making the move into multifamily which will get us there. Our intentions are to purchase and reposition several properties and in a period of no more than 6 years move to vacation rentals in Hawaii !!!
