After two dozen years working in IT and financial services in three continents, Jolenta Averill returned to her hometown of Madison Wisconsin in late 2003 to pursue her dream of starting a real estate brokerage firm. Having personally relocated dozens of times, she understood first-hand the many challenges of moving, be it across the street or across the globe. She hoped that with her technology background and passion for client service she could make a real difference helping people achieve their real estate goals. After five years as a top-producing Realtor at Restaino Bunbury & Associates and with the testimonials of her many valued clients to back her, Jolenta proudly launched her own brokerage firm, Lake & City Homes Realty, on January 1st, 2009.

As a full-time Realtor since 2004, Jolenta has purchased and listed an unusually wide variety of property including residential single-family homes, condominiums, income properties, investment property, luxury homes, lake homes, commercial buildings and more. She's experienced with both first-time and seasoned home buyers, investors, buyer agency, exclusive seller agency, 1031 Exchanges, land contracts, options to purchase, and purchases involving FHA, VA and WHEDA loans. Jolenta's ability to generate results for her clients by looking at each set of circumstances with energy and a fresh perspective is one of the ways she adds value to the process.
