I'm a REI newbie with a lot of creative spirit with a drive that runs parallel. Aside from educating myself through continuing coaching and programs I have no further Real Estate experience. But that will hopefully all change with a little networking and my ability to find properties.

To lock up 12-18 deals on contract and assign them to motivated investors or retail buyers for great profit. Also, once my capital has gone purchase homes to rent for a positive cash flow.

Other investors... including established investors that can take properties off my hands and hard money lenders.
