I am new to real estate investing. In fact going into various forums is the only thing I have begun at this point. With the economy as it is, I'm having a hard time finding a job after doing various things, and recently getting married I can no longer afford and do not have the desire to "just get by". After talking with people, I want to learn about and start investing in foreclosures and reo's. My education begins!

I am brand new to real estate investing. Have not wanted to "lay down roots", traveled a lot out of the country over the years.

Real Estate Goals

I want to learn to buy and rehab properties with the goal of buying my first this year 2010.

Currently Seeking

I would like to start with a small sfr not limiting to myself by # of bed/baths.
