We have done one commerical re-hab, re-habbed and are managing multiple rental untis, and have done 2 residential re-hab flips in the last 24 months.

Initially started out with the goal of building large rental portfolio to hold, as well as the occasional residential flip. Curent goal is to buy,re-hab, rent, and then package rentals for bulk sale to landlord investors. We will consider managing sold rentals for a fee.
