I have over thirty years in the engineering and construction industry, successful in a variety of construction projects from luxury resorts to commercial office complexs.

Expertise in the undertaking of forward planning, feasibility and due diligence studies, site selection, negotiation and land acquisition, pre-development and, pre-construction services.

Proficient in the preparation of preliminary and conceptual cost estimates. Ability for stimulating new business growth, increasing revenue streams, and profits, while maintaining a tight control over costs, budgets and overhead burden. Experienced in managing company operations with full P/L responsibility.

Experience in establishing new operation centers, regional divisions and project start-up. Knowledgeable in networking, selecting, and managing all required architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Maintains excellent working relations and liaison with all applicable owners, customers, purchasers, and all governmental bodies and agencies having jurisdiction.

Solid experience in general management and administration. At ease in high stress and high pressure environments requiring ability to effectively handle simultaneously multi-projects, multi-sites.
