I am in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles and am interested in finding an investor/partner in my June Lake, California fourplex (www.junelakefouplex). Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain were purchased by Startwood Capital in 2005 with plans to create the next Vail. Major development plans (1000 units with retail village) are in the works for June Resort. The highest and best use of the property is to fully furnish and rent year around as a short term vaction rental. Major upside potential.
