I'm a total REI newbie here in beautiful Anchorage, AK. I have no 'deals' and no 'property'. Actually, I had a tiny micro-condo in Spenard from '07-'10 but I foreclosed on it due to a medical event. I'm better now, but my financing options are obviously very limited at least 3 years. I have a little bit of savings. My interests are residential ranging from SFH's to plexes to apartments.
Experience
Nada. Zilch. I went through a medical event related foreclosure. Hardly the deal of the century.
Real Estate Goals
Income property cash-flow close to what I net per month from my state government job (Medicaid Research Analyst, $4000/mo).
Currently Seeking
Local REI enthusiast in Anchorage area to network with, although I know I don't bring much to the table for you....maybe someday soon :)
