Mr. McIntire is a skilled professional with experience in client servicing, customer relations, quantitative analysis, scenario analysis, real estate investments, business management, valuation, auditing, and system design. He has been involved in multiple start-up ventures, implementing business development, and sourcing seed capital. Mr. McIntire was previously an Asset Manager with CANON BUSINESS PROPERTIES, INC. Prior to, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Brian Testo Associates, focused on distressed business assets. During 2008, Mr. McIntire worked with NetCo Investments to assist in leasing & tenant relations for a publicly traded tenant. Additionally, he assisted in the acquisitions of shopping centers. Mr. McIntire brings accomplishments from Merrill Lynch and Wilshire Associates, with relations in consulting, finance, asset management, financial analysis, marketing, technology, networking, and leadership. As a senior analyst, he helped pioneer the development of a global investment performance standardized (GIPS) composite software. As an analyst, he consulted for CalPERS, United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Navy, Dallas Employee Retirement Fund, and the City of Houston, with a total portfolio value of over $480 billion. Mr. McIntire is currently a Managing Board Member for the Public Safety Assistance Foundation (a California Non-Profit 501.c3) and is actively raising seed capital. Mr. McIntire is an active Triathlete and Rescue Diver. He is a Big Brother with BBBS and is a student advisor for the e-Business Academy. He his BA in Finance from San Diego State University, is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Program, Toastmasters International, International Council of Shopping Centers, and SDSU Alumni Association.
