Among my income streams besides real estate investing, I also have affiliate sites set up for health and fitness and self-improvement products. I also distribute the all - natural health beverage, MonaVie, and would love be of assistance in building a profitable MLM downline business for any of you that may be interested in using MonaVie for better health and better wealth.

Experience

Thus far, learning theory only. Professionally, work as a licensed loan officer in Southern California, but began associating myself with a potential prospect that developed a downline of qualified real estate buyers, so we began to work together using his network and my background as a licensed loan officer to find marginal properties to meet the wants of our buyers.

Real Estate Goals

Initially, to find, hold and then sell to qualified buyers, those properties we acquire, then after some more experience, some debt elimination, venture into the commercial arena.

Currently Seeking

bread and butter 3/2 residential single family homes, either pre-foreclosure or REO's for acquisition then re-sale to our waiting investor/buyers. We prefer the 3/2 ratio because they are easier to meet most family sizes, but will consider other properties as well.
