Real Estate Goals

At first, I like to be a wholesaler. And yes, which means that I will bring great deals here.
After I have enough bullets (well, try not to touch the hard money lending for now), I will switch myself into rehabbing and buy and keep (and rent).

Currently Seeking

I am currently doing all the marketing by myself, visiting around the neighborhood, talking to real people... fishing now.
I focus on single family homes, condos, townhomes, something simple to start with.
